...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 PM EDT FOR
OCEAN COUNTY...

At 1135 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported a widespread area
of two to four inches of rain in northern Ocean County, causing
several areas of flooding. Though the heavy rain has ended, it will
take some more time for the flood waters to recede.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Toms River, Asbury Park, Lakewood, Jackson, Beachwood, Manasquan,
Point Pleasant Beach, Seaside Heights, Lakehurst, Mantoloking, Six
Flags Theme Park, Cassville, Vista Center, Brick Township, Whiting,
Pine Ridge At Crestwood, Leisure Village West-Pine Lake Park, Leisure
Village, Dover Beaches North and Holiday City South.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
