...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT WESTERN ATLANTIC...NORTHEASTERN
CUMBERLAND AND SOUTH CENTRAL BURLINGTON COUNTIES...

At 751 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Weymouth, or 9
miles northeast of Vineland, moving east at 30 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Vineland, Millville, Cumberland, Hammonton, Buena, Egg Harbor City,
Weymouth, Estell Manor, Port Republic, Wharton State Forest, Pomona,
Mays Landing, Elwood-Magnolia, Dorothy, Batsto, Mizpah, Folsom and
Collings Lakes.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
