  Northwestern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
  Southwestern Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
  Southwestern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...
  Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1100 AM EDT.

* At 700 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen in spots. Flash flooding is expected to begin
  shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Trenton, Bensalem, East Brunswick, South Brunswick,
  Ewing, Princeton, Florence, Burlington, Bristol, Riverside,
  Hatboro, Hightstown, Bordentown, Cranbury, Pennington, Beverly,
  Yardley, Newtown and Tullytown.

Additional rainfall amounts of an inch or two are possible in the
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
