* At 345 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

  Reading, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, East Norriton,
  Wyomissing, Quakertown, Perkasie, Doylestown, Byram, Souderton,
  Bedminster, Birdsboro, Collegeville, Royersford, Chalfont, Tinicum,
