1115 PM EDT FOR SOUTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY AND NORTHEASTERN CHESTER
COUNTIES...

At 839 PM EDT, the public reported urban and small stream flooding
in East Norriton. Though the heaviest rainfall is slowly
diminishing, runoff from earlier storms will continue to cause minor
flooding for the next couple of hours.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Norristown, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East
Norriton, Downingtown, Conshohocken, Ambler, Collegeville,
Royersford, Narberth, Trappe, Honey Brook, Schwenksville, Elverson,
Pughtown, Bryn Mawr, King Of Prussia and Lionville-Marchwood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
