* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Central Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Western Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1115 PM EDT.

* At 715 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms from near Conshohocken to Phoenixville to Elverson.
  A quick inch or more of rain is possible where the strongest cells
  develop within thirty minutes. This will cause urban and small
  stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Norristown, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West
  Norriton, East Norriton, Coatesville, Yeadon, Downingtown,
  Conshohocken, Ambler, Birdsboro, Collegeville, Royersford,
  Narberth, Trappe, East Lansdowne, Honey Brook and Schwenksville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
