...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM EDT FOR EASTERN
MORRIS COUNTY...

At 446 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated one to two inches of rain
occurred in portions of the advisory area. Though the heavy rainfall
has ended, runoff may continue to cause minor flooding for the next
hour or so.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Morristown, Dover, Madison, Florham Park, East Hanover, Lincoln Park,
Kinnelon, Chatham, Boonton, Butler, Wharton, Rockaway, Morris Plains,
Mountain Lakes, Riverdale, Victory Gardens, Succasunna,
Succasunna-Kenvil, Parsippany and Pequannock Township.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
