The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Eastern Morris County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 545 PM EDT.

* At 247 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms...with rain rates exceeding one inch in 15 to 30
  minutes. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Morristown, Dover, Madison, Florham Park, East Hanover, Lincoln
  Park, Kinnelon, Chatham, Boonton, Butler, Wharton, Rockaway, Morris
  Plains, Mountain Lakes, Riverdale, Victory Gardens, Succasunna,
  Succasunna-Kenvil, Parsippany and Pequannock Township.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
