The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 214 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms...with rain rates of over one inch in thirty
  minutes. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Hackettstown, Washington, Blairstown, Oxford, Hope, Great
  Meadows-Vienna, Brass Castle, Allamuchy-Panther Valley, Beatyestown
  and Beattyestown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
