...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT WEST CENTRAL MORRIS AND EAST
CENTRAL WARREN COUNTIES...

At 147 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over
Allamuchy-Panther Valley, or 11 miles south of Newton. The storm is
nearly stationary.

Winds up to 50 mph and half inch hail are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Hackettstown, Washington, Stanhope, Netcong, Oxford, Hope, Chester,
Great Meadows-Vienna, Allamuchy-Panther Valley, Long Valley, Budd
Lake, Beatyestown, Succasunna-Kenvil and Beattyestown.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
