The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  East central Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 1214 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen, with
  additional rainfall occurring. This could cause minor flooding in
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Franklin, Hamburg, Ogdensburg, Highland Lake and Vernon Valley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
