...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 130 PM EDT FOR WEST
CENTRAL SUSSEX COUNTY...

At 1019 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rain due to
showers and thunderstorms has begun to dissipate. However, one to
one and a half inches of rain has already fallen with additional
light to moderate rain occurring. This additional rainfall could
exacerbate any minor flooding in the advisory area.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Crandon Lakes, Flatbrookville and Five Points.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
