...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 PM EDT FOR
EAST CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA COUNTY...

At 816 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated mainly light rain shower
activity across east central Philadelphia County, but because
streams continue to run high from earlier rain, the Flash Flood
Warning remains in effect to provide enough time for this water to
recede.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Holmesburg, Tacony, Wissinoming, Kensington and
Andalusia.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
