* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 738 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Cochranville to Oxford, moving south at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to
           roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

* Locations impacted include...
  Calvert, Oxford, Parkesburg, North East, West Grove, Homeville,
  Zion, Blake, Cochranville, Lombard, Andora, Pleasant Hill, Mount
  Vernon, Cherry Hill, Ladenberg, Kemblesville, Fair Hill, Glen
  Westover, Bay View and Appleton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In addition to large hail and damaging winds, frequent cloud to
ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Move indoors
immediately. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough
to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
