The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  North central New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1045 PM EDT.

* At 639 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, West Chester, Chester, Coatesville, Westtown,
  Downingtown, Elsmere, Kennett Square, Parkesburg, Honey Brook,
  Newport, Arden, Stanton, Cheyney, Talleyville, Elam, Marshallton,
  Chelsea, Ashland and Greenville.

Additional rainfall of around 1 inch is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
