  Northwestern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  East central Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1030 PM EDT.

* At 636 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Cherry Hill, Bensalem, Evesham, Mount Laurel,
  Willingboro, Lumberton, Burlington, Bristol, Mount Holly,
  Riverside, Palmyra, Beverly, Wissinoming, Ramblewood,
  Barclay-Kingston, Cherry Hill Mall, Golden Triangle and Tacony.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
