At 614 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Marshallton, or
over West Chester. The storm is nearly stationary.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
West Chester, Coatesville, Downingtown, Parkesburg, Marshallton,
Cochranville, West Goshen, South Coatesville, Modena, Exton and
Thorndale.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
