11 miles northwest of Philadelphia, and nearly stationary.

Norristown, West Norriton, East Norriton, Conshohocken, King Of
Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, Bridgeport, West Conshohocken and Blue
Bell.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may cause
