...Patchy fog will persist through the morning commute...

Surface observations across the region this morning indicating
patchy fog, especially in susceptible rural and valley locations
in northern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, and also along
the New Jersey and Delaware coasts. The fog will persist through
8 or 9 am before dissipating. Although visibilities will
predominantly remain above one mile, localized reductions to a
mile or less are possible.

Use caution when traveling this morning. Prepare for rapid changes
in visibility.
