...Patchy fog will persist through the morning rush...

Surface observations and webcams indicate patchy fog continues
across the area early this morning, especially in susceptible
rural and valley locations in northern New Jersey and eastern
Pennsylvania. The fog will persist through 8 or 9 am before
dissipating. Though visibilities will predominantly remain above
one mile, localized reductions to a mile or less are possible.

Use caution when traveling this morning. Prepare for rapid changes
in visibility.
