...Patchy fog will continue to occur during the overnight hours...

Surface observations indicate that patchy fog is developing in
portions of northern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania,
especially in susceptible rural and valley locations. This fog
will persist and likely become a little denser through the
overnight hours, with visibility reducing in localized spots below
a mile.

Use caution traveling overnight. Prepare for rapid changes in
visibility.
