...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch for portions of northern New Jersey and
Pennsylvania has been cancelled. There remains considerable river
ice along four miles of the Delaware River from the Smithfield
Beach National Recreation Area downstream to the confluence of
Brodhead Creek. However, colder air will be in place through mid
week, temporarily limiting ice break up and minimizing the risk
of ice jam flooding. By Thursday, a warm up could once again
increase the potential for ice break up. We will continue to
monitor this situation through the week.
