  Southeastern Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  North central Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  North central Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 1000 AM EST

* At 556 AM EST...Doppler radar indicated bands of heavy rain that
  will cause pockets of minor poor drainage street flooding during
  the morning commute. The rain may quit for a while around 8 or 9
  am.


* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Morristown, Somerville, Somerset, Bridgewater, Dover, Madison,
  Hopatcong, Middlesex, Florham Park, East Hanover, Lincoln Park,
  Bound Brook, Manville, Kinnelon, Hackettstown, Chatham, Boonton,
  Butler, Wharton and Washington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause minor flooding of
urban area highways...streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river ponding of water in urban or other
areas is occurring or is imminent.
