* WHAT...Snow occurring. Plan on difficult travel conditions,
  including during the morning commute on Wednesday. Snow
  accumulations of 4 to 7 inches are expected.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex county. In Pennsylvania, Carbon
  and Monroe counties.

* WHEN...Snow continues through tonight and may fall moderate to
  heavy at times with rates up to an inch per hour. The snow will
  taper off mid to late morning Wednesday.
