* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Plan on difficult travel conditions,
including during the morning commute on Wednesday. Snow
accumulations of 5 to 7 inches are expected.
* WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex county. In Pennsylvania, Carbon
and Monroe counties.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. Periods of light snow and
flurries will continue through early this evening. The snow will
become heavy at times beginning either late this evening or just
after midnight and continue during the Wednesday morning rush.
Snowfall rates greater than 1 inch per hour are possible during
peak intensity. The snow will taper off mid to late morning.
