The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 430 PM EST

* At 132 PM EST...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area.

* National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicates that up to one
  inch of rain has fallen in the advised area. In addition, the
  Frankford Creek has risen above 6.0 feet. The back edge of the
  moderate to heavy rain is already lifting to the north and east
  away from Philadelphia, so rain will be tapering off and any minor
  flooding will subside through this afternoon.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Bensalem, Palmyra, Beverly, Wissinoming, Ben Franklin
  Bridge, Andalusia, Holmesburg, Kensington, Germantown, Northeast
  Philadelphia, Center City, South Philadelphia, Tacony, Cornwells
  Heights-Eddington and Croydon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams...urban areas...highways...streets and underpasses
as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated...or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
