...ICY CONDITIONS THROUGH THE TUESDAY MORNING COMMUTE...

Hazardous conditions for walking and driving due to icy roads and
sidewalks will continue through the Tuesday morning commute.
Temperatures overnight are expected to be below freezing.
Therefore, though the freezing rain has left the area, any ice
accumulation on Monday will not have a chance to melt. Water on
some treated roads and walkways may begin to refreeze, as well.

If you will be going out overnight or on Tuesday morning, be
prepared for slippery conditions. Use extra care during the
Tuesday morning commute.

Temperatures are forecast to rise above freezing for most of the
area late on Tuesday morning and conditions are expected to
improve as the ice melts.
