* WHAT...Mixed precipitation occurring. Additional snow
  accumulations of up to a half inch and ice accumulations of up
  to a few hundredths of an inch are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, northwest and southern
  New Jersey, southeast Pennsylvania, northeast Maryland and
  northern Delaware.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM EST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice will result in difficult travel
  conditions, including during the evening commute.
