* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Plan on possible difficult travel
  conditions, including during the morning commute on Thursday.
  Total snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches are possible.

* WHERE...Inland Sussex and Delaware Beaches counties.

* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds will follow the storm with
