This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Pennsylvania and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Wind chill values from 0 to near 15 degrees below zero will
continue at times, however the coldest values will be confined to
the highest terrain in the southern Poconos.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Wind Chill Advisories will likely be needed again for Thursday night
through Saturday morning with wind chills falling between 10 below
and 15 below zero at times.

Maryland, central New Jersey, northern New Jersey, northwest New
Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania.

The probability of widespread hazardous weather is low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

The potential for accumulating snowfall Wednesday night into
Thursday has increased. Snowfall amounts and the extent of impacts
we see from this system will ultimately depend on how close the
offshore low tracks to our area, which is still uncertain at this
time.

Wind Chill Advisories will likely be needed again for late Thursday
night into Friday morning and Friday night into Saturday morning
with wind chills falling between 5 below and 15 below zero.

has increased. Near whiteout conditions could occur on Thursday,
especially near the coast, where very gusty northwest winds are
expected to develop. It is important to note that both snowfall
amounts and the severity of impacts we see from this system will
ultimately depend on how close the offshore low tracks to our area,
which is still uncertain at this time.

Wind Chill Advisories may be needed again for late Thursday night
into Friday morning and Friday night into Saturday morning with wind
chills falling between 5 below and 10 below zero.
