  The Millstone River at Blackwells Mills.
* At  8:15 PM Sunday the stage was 7.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by tonight and continue to rise to near 10.2
  feet by tomorrow morning.The river will fall below flood stage by early
  tomorrow afternoon.
