While heavy rain has moved out of the area...runoff from earlier
rain is still causing elevated water levels throughout the area. The
flood advisory therefor continues to provide more time for the water
to drain away.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
