The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 1100 PM EST

* At 641 PM EST...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has moved out
  of the area. However...water remains ponded in low-lying spots
  throughout the area from rain earlier today.  The flood advisory
  has therefore been extended until 11 PM to provide more time for
  the water to drain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
