The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 600 PM EST

* At 205 PM EST...Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain which will cause minor flooding across portions of the
  advisory area. Up to two and one-half inches of rain have already
  fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Lakewood, Barnegat, Beachwood, Brigantine, Tabernacle,
  Shamong, Manasquan, Point Pleasant Beach, Egg Harbor City,
  Tuckerton, Presidential Lakes Estates, Seaside Heights, Lakehurst,
  Surf City, Port Republic, Mantoloking, Atsion, Wharton State Forest
  and Presidential Lakes.

Additional rainfall of about one inch is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams...urban areas...highways...streets and underpasses
as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
