The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for Small Streams in...
  Southeastern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 415 PM EST

* At 1220 PM EST, the USGS gauge at Reaville along the Neshanic
  River was above flood stage. Minor flooding is likely. Roads are
  subject to closure in the vicinity of the river.

Additional rainfall amounts of one inch are possible in the warned
area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
