  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 300 AM EST

* At 1054 PM EST...Doppler radar indicated an area of moderate to
  heavy rain will move across the area over the next few hours. An
  inch of rain occurred across these areas earlier this evening, so
  the additional rain will lead to some minor flooding in the
  advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Vineland, Dover, Newark, Millville, Bridgeton,
  Middletown, Easton, Elkton, Centerville, Cumberland, Glassboro,
  Lindenwold, Hammonton, Pennsville, Smyrna, Pitman, Carneys Point,
  Berlin and New Castle.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
