  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 845 PM EST

* At 644 PM EST...Doppler radar indicated an area of moderate to
  heavy rain will move across thr area through 8:00 p.m. This
  combined with earlier rains may cause minor flooding in the
  advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen in the
  advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Middletown, Centerville, Smyrna, Chestertown, Centreville,
  Camden, Clayton, Oakland, Cheswold, Rock Hall, Church Hill,
  Cecilton, Millington, Sudlersville, Goldsboro, Woodside, Hartly,
  Old Town and Hazlettville.
