...AREAS OF ICE THIS MORNING...

Temperatures dropped well below freezing during the night in the
Poconos and in Sussex County, New Jersey. Standing water and slush
from Wednesday's precipitation has frozen on untreated roads,
walkways and parking lots.

If you will be going out this morning, watch out for areas of
ice.

Also, some ice remains on trees and utility wires. The gusty
northwest wind may bring down a few tree limbs and wires this
morning, resulting in isolated power outages.

morning in southeastern Pennsylvania, central and southern New
Jersey, Delaware and northeastern Maryland. Standing water from

and parking lots.

If you will be going out this morning, watch out for patchy ice.
