Poconos and extreme northwest new Jersey...

Temperatures will drop through the 20s into the teens by morning
as a gusty northwest wind of 20 to 30 mph develops. This will
cause the remaining slush and moisture to freeze solid.

Be alert for icy spots when traveling about overnight and Thursday
morning.

Additionally, where there may still be a glaze of nearly a
quarter inch on trees, the gusty winds may cause isolated power
outages overnight.
