...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

Steady rain will continue across the region through the afternoon.
However, with temperatures rising into the mid 30s, the threat of
freezing rain has ended. Sleet may mix in with the rain at times
this afternoon but no additional sleet accumulation is expected.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Freezing rain is occurring. Plan on difficult travel
  conditions. Ice accumulations of up to two-tenths inch are
  expected. Little or no additional sleet accumulation is
  expected.

* WHERE...Sussex county in New Jersey and Carbon and Monroe
  counties  in Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Freezing rain will occasionally mix with sleet through
  the early evening, primarily along the ridges above 800 feet in
  elevation across the northern portions of the counties.
  Meanwhile, freezing rain will change over to plain rain at lower
  elevations through early this evening. A brief changeover back
  to snow is possible before ending from west to east this evening
  between 7 and 9 PM.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on very difficult travel conditions
  through the evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of ice are
occurring This will make travel very hazardous or impossible. The

* WHAT...Pockets of freezing rain is occurring. Ice accumulations
  of up to one tenth of an inch are expected.

* WHERE...At higher elevations in Berks and Lehigh counties.

* WHEN...Pockets of freezing rain will continue along the ridges.
  Temperatures gradually rise to above freezing everywhere,
  resulting in a changeover to rain from southeast to northwest by
  4 PM.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Untreated roads and walkways will be
  slippery.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing rain
will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads.
Slow down and use caution while driving. The latest road

* WHAT...Freezing rain is occurring. Ice accumulations of around
  one-tenth inch are expected.

* WHERE...Warren and Morris counties in New Jersey and Northampton
  county in Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Pockets of freezing rain will continue into the evening
  commute, especially at higher elevations. Temperatures gradually
  rise to above freezing, resulting in a changeover to rain from
  southeast to northwest through sunset. However, higher
  elevations will remain cold enough for pockets of freezing rain
  to continue into the early evening. Precipitation will end from
  west to east between 7 and 9 PM.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Untreated roads and walkways will be
