...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation is expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 3 to 6 inches and ice accumulations of one or
  two tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Sussex County in New Jersey and the Pennsylvania
  counties of Monroe and Carbon.

* WHEN...Snow is expected to begin early this morning and it
  should become heavy at times. The snow will mix with and change
  to sleet and freezing rain this afternoon. The wintry mix may
  briefly transition back to snow before ending this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on very difficult travel conditions
  today and into this evening. Be prepared for significantly
  reduced visibility in heavy snow. Snowfall rates may exceed one
  inch per hour this morning.

  Delaware and northeastern Maryland.

* WHEN...Precipitation is expected to begin early this morning as
  snow and sleet before transitioning to sleet and freezing rain
  during the morning commute. The mixed precipitation should
  change to all rain from south to north between 8:00 and 10:00
  AM.
