WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 4 to 7 inches and ice accumulations of around
  one tenth of an inch are expected.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex County. In Pennsylvania, Carbon
  and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...Snow is expected to begin late tonight, becoming heavy at
  times Wednesday morning. Snow will mix with sleet and freezing
  rain Wednesday afternoon. The wintry mix may briefly transition
  back to snow before ending Wednesday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on very difficult travel conditions,
  including during the morning and evening commutes on Wednesday.
  Be prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times
  during heavy snow. Snowfall rates may exceed one inch per hour
  during the morning.
