...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH
WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Potential for snow
  accumulations of 4 to 7 inches and ice accumulations of around
  one tenth.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex county. In Pennsylvania, Carbon
  and Monroe counties. The highest snowfall accumulations will
  likely occur at higher elevations in the northern portion of
  these counties.

* WHEN...Snow is expected to overspread the area from southwest to
  northeast around or just after daybreak Wednesday morning. The
  snow could be heavy at times during the morning and early
  afternoon. Snow will likely transition to sleet and then
  freezing rain from south to north sometime Wednesday afternoon.
  A brief changeover to rain is possible, especially at lower
  elevations, before precipitation tapers off Wednesday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,
  including during both morning and afternoon commutes on
  Wednesday. Significant reductions in visibility are possible.
  There is still some uncertainty regarding how quickly the
  transition from snow to a wintry mix to even rain occurs.

A Winter Storm Watch means there is potential for significant
snow, sleet or ice accumulations that may impact travel. Continue
