10 PM EST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Any ice will result in
  difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of up to
  one inch and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch are
  expected.

* WHERE...Berks, Lehigh and Northampton counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM EST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will change to sleet and freezing
  rain. The freezing rain should change to rain later this
  afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
