...Locally dense fog through late tonight...

Webcams and surface observations indicate patchy dense fog has
developed across the area. Although visibilities are primarily
around or above a mile, localized reductions to a quarter mile
have been reported. Motorists are urged to use caution driving
early this morning. Be prepared for rapid changes in visibility.
Slow down, use low-beam headlights, and maintain extra distance
from other vehicles.
