...Locally dense fog through the overnight hours...

Webcams and surface observations indicate locally dense fog has
developed in portions of the southern Poconos, Lehigh Valley, and
Berks County. Motorists are advised to use caution traveling
across the area tonight. Expect rapid reductions in visibility.
Use low-beam headlights, and maintain extra distance from other
vehicles.
