The Flood Warning continues for
  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* At 9:15 PM Tuesday, the river level was 19.18 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river level will continue to fall, and it
  should return back below flood stage on Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet, street flooding occurs in Fairfield
  including Camp Lane Road. Two Bridges Road is closed going
  into Lincoln Park and Wayne.
