* At 8:45 PM Monday, the river level was 19.48 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river level will continue to fall slowly,
  and it should return back below flood stage on Wednesday
  morning.
