  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* At 3:15 PM, the river level was 19.55 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river level will continue falling and it should
  return back below flood stage on Tuesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet, Horseneck Road in Fairfield is subject
  to flooding and closures.
