...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN MIDDLESEX
AND MONMOUTH COUNTIES...

At 135 AM EST, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Asbury Park to Lincroft to near
Marlboro. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

Dime size hail and wind gusts up to 30 mph are possible with this
storm.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm...and may cause
ponding on roadways and poor drainage areas. Do not drive your
vehicle through flooded roadways.

Occasional cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 15 miles away from a thunderstorm. If you see
lightning or hear thunder seek a safe shelter inside a building or
vehicle.

These storms will be near...
  Middletown and Red Bank around 140 AM EST.
  Old Bridge, Highlands, Navesink and Elberon around 145 AM EST.
  Long Branch, Sandy Hook, Matawan and Lincroft around 150 AM EST.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Avon-By-the-sea,
Allenhurst, Ocean Grove, Brielle, West Long Branch, Wanamassa, Point
Pleasant, Loch Arbour, Neptune City and Strathmore.
